It is about our human rights, but also about how we humans act and respond to each other. Here's how Tekompaniet work when it comes to ethics:
Independent product labelling that creates the conditions for growers and employees in developing countries to improve their working and living conditions. Keep in mind that a tea picker earns about SEK 300/month.
MJF Charitable Foundation & Dilmah Conservation
Dilmah Tea's charitable fund, to which it allocates about 15% of its profits each year. The Fund actively and continuously helps the population to provide, among other things, their own livelihoods. Several of our customers have their own ethical programs that, among other things, require us to personally conduct interviews in Sri Lanka and India with both managers, plantation and factory workers. Acting and treatment
"It is cheaper to keep an existing customer than to get a new one". Wisely and correctly said. We always want to act fair and correct towards you. If we have done something wrong – tell us, and we will do everything we can to make it right. Have we done something good – feel free to tell your friends and business- and industry colleagues.
